Did you know that over-pronation and flat feet are often linked to alignment issues in the knees and hips? Or that the way you stand everyday could be contributing to tight quads and creaky knees?

Join Pie Footwear and Sarah DeGrave Movement for a movement workshop where we will explore how the parts of the lower body affect each other, as well as how to assess and correct the alignment of your feet, knees, and hips.

This clinic will be suitable for all levels of fitness and perfect for everyone from the minimal shoe newbie to the barefoot pro. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel if possible. Dress comfortably and be prepared for light movement.
