Do your feet tire easily when walking in minimal/barefoot shoes? Have you noticed uneven wear patterns on the bottom of your shoes? If yes, your gait pattern may be at fault! Join Pie Footwear and Sarah DeGrave Movement for our upcoming movement clinic and learn how to stride with strength and balance!

In this clinic we will discuss common movement patterns that may be undermining the health of your feet, knees, and hips, as well as how to start adjusting your gait pattern to take a load off your joints and improve whole-body alignment. Sarah will lead you through exercises designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles responsible for keeping your gait on track, so come prepared to move.
