Better Balance Workshop

Do you want to improve your joint stability, coordination, and body awareness? Join Pie Footwear and Sarah DeGrave Movement for our upcoming restorative exercise workshop and learn how your balance can help prevent sprains and fractures, improve posture, and even enhance cognitive function.

In this movement workshop, you’ll learn exercises for improving joint stability, coordination, and proprioception (the body’s ability to sense where it is in space). We’ll also share tips on how to incorporate balance training into your everyday routine!

This clinic will be suitable for all levels of fitness and perfect for everyone from the minimal shoe newbie to the barefoot pro. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel if possible. Dress comfortably and be prepared for light movement.
